The Charger Drysuit made in Cornwall, South-West England. It has an impressive reputation for quality, durability, comfort and exceptional fit. A predominant part of the Nookie range for a few years. The Charger has faithful followers around the world from whitewater warriors to adventurous activity instructors and sea kayaking legends to weekend paddle boarders due to its versatility and ultimate reliability.
Designed to fit you, there are not acres of excess fabric. The performance led design features an anatomical dynamic fit to move with you. Negating the need for a baggy loose fit like so many drysuits out there. The seamless underarm paddle-zones allow freedom when reaching for those all important paddle strokes. Easy to put on, the rear entry waterproof Masterseal Ti Zip® is supple and for the more flexible self-donning is simple. There is also a relief Masterseal Ti Zip® for comfort.
Double layer latex and neoprene neck and cuffs secure a dry seal with the fabric socks. The asymmetric comfortable fabric socks (they fit your left or right foot), have limited seams to make them last longer. Wear them with socks inside as a base layer and shoes over the top. The double layer twin waist offers a better dry seal when in a kayak with a spraydeck. The outer waist has deep sharkskin lined neoprene for grip with low snag velcro adjusters for an extra secure fit.
Our proven EvoTX4 4ply PFAS Free Nylon technical fabric is an exceptional waterproof and breathable flexible fabric that has such a reliable reputation we don't use anything else if we want to keep you dry. Reinforced with EvoTX4 Nylon in high wear areas this drysuit will withstand plenty of knocks and scrapes. The whole Charger has been waterproof taped on every seam. And has been coated with PFAS Free Durable Water Repellent (DWR) for one more layer of water resistance. Quality control is a fundamental part of the manufacturing process. Every single suit is pressure tested and approved before leaving our factory
Rinse all products thoroughly in clean fresh water after every use. Salt, bacteria, grit and sunscreen will degrade fabrics, seals and lines over time if left unchecked.
Air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources. UV and extreme temperatures damage technical membranes, neoprene, latex seals and polypropylene. Never tumble dry, leave on a radiator, or dry in a car on a hot day.
Don't put products away damp — mould, mildew and delamination follow.
Store loosely in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, oils, fuels and chemicals. Don't compress or crease zips.
Keep zips clean, lubricated and straight. Never force or fold them sharply — zip damage is expensive and not covered by warranty.
Inspect regularly, especially load-bearing items like throwlines. Run rope through your hands before use and look for any wear, inconsistency or damage.
