THE NOOKIE HQ, GUNNISLAKE, CORNWALL IS OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
This is because we are manufacturers. All staff are heavily involved in production, often doing processes that cannot be stopped (latexing of spray decks or cutting fabric lays for example). But book and you’ll have our undivided attention.
Frequently asked questions
Are the products available to buy on this website actually in stock?
Yes. Occasionally we allow customers to pre-order brand new or shortly to re-stock products. In this case it will be very clearly stated that it is available to purchase on pre-order.
Can I place a telephone order?
Yes, please call 01822 832 333 (Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 9am to 1pm) where a member of our team will take your order. We can accept payment via credit or debit card over the phone.
Postage is FREE for all orders over £75 for delivery within the UK.
Orders under £75 – £3.95 to U.K
Can you leave my parcel in a safe place?
Yes, we use a Royal Mail Tracked service, however once a Proof of Delivery has been issued by our courier, we are no longer responsible should your item ''go missing''
Who will deliver my parcel?
Usually Royal Mail. For heavier orders we use DPD or DHL couriers.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
How do I return an unwanted product?
1. Please carefully repackage your item, and using your invoice/delivery note tell us what you wish to return and the reason. In case you have already disposed of your invoice/delivery note, please attach a note with your contact details or order number so we can identify the return.
2. Choose a courier or local postal service that you prefer. We recommend that you choose a tracked service so that you can follow your parcel. You will be responsible for the cost of returns.

Customised products are not eligible for refund. Please also note IT IS NOT CHEAPER the smaller you package your item and we cannot offer a refund if the returned item is unsellable.
Do you offer a free returns service?
Unfortunately at present we are unable to offer a free returns service so it is your responsibility to ensure their safe transit back to us. We would recommend you use a tracked service, especially for more expensive items.
Standard shipping typically takes 2 business days as we usually ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service
