Delivery Options

For purchases made within this online store rates are as follows;

Orders under £75 – £2.95
Orders over £75 FREE UK DELIVERY
Items are usually sent using the Royal Mail Tracked. For items of higher value a signature is usually required
Europe (Inc Switzerland & Norway) – £30
Worldwide – £35

We will usually despatch your order same working day for orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri). Our daily postal pickup is 3pm, so orders placed after 2pm will probably be despatched the following working day. Your order will be sent directly to you. We use a Royal Mail TRACKED system. For Standard Delivery we use a Royal Mail Tracked 48H service. Next Day service we use Royal Mail Tracked 24H. Royal Mail do not guarantee the 24H to be next day, although from our experience they are pretty good! For larger orders we use DPD Next Day (this always requires a signature).

For International orders (outside of the UK mainland) it may take 7-14 days depending upon destination and internal postal systems for delivery. We can track your order from the UK and give you as much information as necessary if there are any delays. Usually items are sent via Royal Mail or DHL, depending upon destination

Additional costs may sometimes apply to shipping to OUTSIDE OF THE U.K. (Releasing from Customs for example). The customer will be responsible for these costs.
