Repairs
We can repair rips, splits, zips and taping problems on any Nookie product. Prices will be given upon inspection.
Clothing must be clean and dry before being sent back for repair work.
Unworkably dirty products will not be repaired and returned to the sender at their cost. Please allow up to 21 days for items to be repaired & returned.
STEPS:
1) Complete the Service Request Form
2) An email will automatically be returned to you. Either print a copy or send a note with the item you're sending purely for identifiction purposes when we receive the item
3) Nookie will evaluate the item and quote for any work, proceeded by an invoice to pay before any work is completed.
Postage is not free – it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping the product to Nookie.
