The UK-made Nookie Pro Bib Single Waist Dry Trousers, or salopettes, are designed for demanding conditions where waterproof protection, comfort and freedom of movement are essential.
Unlike our Double Waist version, which is designed to integrate with a double-tunnel kayaking jacket for the ultimate whitewater dry system, the Single Waist Pro Bib is a more traditional high-cut salopette. It offers outstanding versatility, making it the ideal choice for open canoeing, touring, fishing, coaching, safety cover, launching and recovering boats, paddleboarding, sailing and a wide range of waterside activities where complete waterproof protection and all-day comfort are required.
Featuring a waterproof TIZIP® MasterSeal relief zip, wide elastic braces, retro-reflective detailing and integrated waterproof fabric socks, they're designed to keep you comfortable throughout the day. The asymmetric fabric socks are shaped to fit either foot with minimal seams for increased durability and are best worn with a thin pair of socks underneath and paddling footwear over the top.
The high-cut single waist bib incorporates flexible neoprene stretch side panels that provide insulation, comfort and a secure fit while allowing unrestricted movement whether paddling, kneeling or working around the water.
Crafted with sustainability in mind, the Pro Bib Dry Trousers feature robust reinforced HD Nylon (over 50% recycled content) in the high-wear areas including the seat, knees and cuffs. This fabric delivers a waterproof rating of 30,000mm and breathability of 6,000g/m²/24hrs. The main body is constructed from 100% recycled 20D Tricot, treated with a PFAS-free DWR coating, providing a waterproof rating of 20,000mm and breathability of 3,000g/m²/24hrs. Every pair is handmade in our Cornish factory, combining sustainable manufacturing with exceptional British craftsmanship.

Rinse all products thoroughly in clean fresh water after every use. Salt, bacteria, grit and sunscreen will degrade fabrics, seals and lines over time if left unchecked.
Air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources. UV and extreme temperatures damage technical membranes, neoprene, latex seals and polypropylene. Never tumble dry, leave on a radiator, or dry in a car on a hot day.
Don't put products away damp — mould, mildew and delamination follow.
Store loosely in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, oils, fuels and chemicals. Don't compress or crease zips.
Keep zips clean, lubricated and straight. Never force or fold them sharply — zip damage is expensive and not covered by warranty.
Inspect regularly, especially load-bearing items like throwlines. Run rope through your hands before use and look for any wear, inconsistency or damage.
