Extended Warranty

Nookie offer a one year guarantee on all their products against faulty workmanship and materials. This guarantee is valid to the original retail consumer purchaser only and a proof of purchase will be required.

To receive an extended additional year’s warranty on workmanship you must have registered your purchase within 6 months of the original purchase using our online warranty registration form. 

The above said, we are not Ogre’s. We will treat each case on it’s own merit and offer warranty cover for longer periods in many cases to make sure you are really happy with both your products lifespan and the service you receive from us along the way. We’re confident you will find our customer service first class.

If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing failure Nookie will repair or replace, at their discretion, any defective part. Nookie must receive the faulty item back before any repair, refund or replacement can be actioned.

The product must be sent directly to Nookie (carriage paid by you) together with the completed Service Request Form here which will be emailed to Nookie but also printed by you and sent along with the product once Nookie have contacted you.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear & tear, nor damage resulting from abuse, alteration or unauthorised repair. Latex seals and fabric socks are not covered under this guarantee due to their vulnerable nature. Clothing must be CLEAN and DRY before being sent back for warranty or repair work. Wet, dirty or stinking products will not be repaired and returned to the sender. Please allow up to 21 days for items to be returned.
