Nookie Kevlar® PRO Whitewater Spray Deck

Made in our Cornish factory using the toughest 4mm Armortex^® neoprene with DuPont^™ Kevlar^® reinforcement.
Re-patterned in 2023 to fit the latest kayak designs and tested in the U.S, Europe and the U.K this whitewater kayak spraydeck is tensioned up with a pre-stretched powerful 10mm shockcord.

The UK made spraydeck boasts everything the whitewater paddler needs. Super tough, bullet proof Kevlar^® protects the neoprene deck from paddle bashes, rock scrapes and general abuse. Hand painted thick coating of natural latex protects and GRIPS on the underside, locked in place with the high specification powerful 10mm shockcord creating a water-tight seal.
The neoprene waist tube is cut raw. This means the edges do not have stitched binding or trims around them. This raw edge provides complete contact against the skin or jacket which reduces flushing. All the seams on the Kevlar^®  PRO deck are glued and blindstitched, then heat taped on the waist and liquid latex sealed on the underside for an absolute water barrier.
